CPIsight Spring 2026: Faster Insights, Smarter Dashboards
The latest CPIsight update focuses on speed and usability — so you spend less time finding insights and more time acting on them.
What's new
The CPIsight Spring 2026 release is our biggest update yet, focused on the two things our customers ask for most: faster time-to-insight and easier ways to share data with stakeholders.
Here's a look at what's changed and why it matters for your operation.
Redesigned dashboard
The main dashboard has been rebuilt from the ground up. Key metrics — total waste, cost impact, and top wasted items — are now front and center, with trend lines that update in real time.
New filtering options let you drill down by location, meal period, day of week, or menu item in seconds. And the layout adapts to your screen, so the experience is just as clear on a tablet in the kitchen as it is on a desktop in the office.
Faster data processing
We've overhauled our backend pipeline so that plate waste captured during lunch service appears in your dashboard within minutes, not hours.
This matters because actionable data loses value over time. The faster you can see what's being wasted, the faster you can adjust portions, flag a menu item, or brief your kitchen team before the next meal.
New export and sharing tools
Sustainability teams and operations managers told us they spend too much time reformatting data for reports and presentations. So we built it in.
The new export tool lets you generate PDF summaries, CSV data pulls, and pre-formatted charts with a single click. You can also schedule automated weekly or monthly reports delivered straight to stakeholders' inboxes — no manual work required.
